Beef jerky is a convenient, ready-to-eat tasty snack made from lean
strips of marinated beef. Jerky has been enjoyed for centuries due to

Unopened jerky should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for maximum freshness. Once the jerky has been opened we suggest you put it into a resealable bag and place it in the fridge.

Storage tip: Keep your Nick’s Famous Jerky® in the freezer for maximum shelf life. Due to the low water content, the jerky doesn’t fully freeze making it a quick and accessible snack.
